At Redwood County Pheasants Forever, we are committed to ensuring the next generation of hunters and conservationists have the skills, knowledge, and experience to continue our outdoor traditions. One of the best opportunities for young hunters to develop their skills is Upland Bird Camp, an immersive, hands-on program designed to teach the fundamentals of upland bird hunting.
Held at Deep Portage Learning Center in Hackensack, MN, this camp provides an extraordinary outdoor experience on more than 6,000 acres of lakes, bogs, rivers, and woodlands. For nearly 50 years, Deep Portage has provided top-tier environmental education and outdoor adventure opportunities, making it the perfect setting for young hunters to learn and grow.
