At Redwood County Pheasants Forever, we’re proud to keep things local. Every dollar raised stays right here in our communities to support habitat conservation, youth trap teams, outdoor education, and hunting heritage in Redwood County. As we gear up for another exciting stretch of events, there’s a lot to look forward to. Here's what’s coming for Redwood County Pheasants Forever events in 2025 and 2026.
September Sunday Funday: Bingo & Community Fun
Join us Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Redwood Falls American Legion for Sunday Funday Bingo! Doors open at 2 p.m. and games start at 3 p.m. Registration is $50 for 10 games with prizes including guns, jewelry, and cash. Seating is limited to ages 18+, and online registration by September 13 earns a bonus bingo sheet.
Fall: Youth and Women’s Hunts
Our fall hunting events are all about introducing and mentoring new hunters. The Youth Pheasant Hunt and Women’s Hunt give participants a chance to experience upland hunting in a safe and supportive environment. These hunts are free to attend and open to both beginners and experienced hunters. Dates will be announced closer to October.

Winter: Gun and Diamond Bingo
Back by popular demand, Pheasant Hunt, Gun and Diamond Bingo will return to Lamberton in December 2025 and Redwood Falls in February 2026. This fun night out includes 10 games of bingo with chances to win guns, diamond jewelry, or cash. The event is open to ages 18 and up, with extra game cards available at the door. Keep an eye out for the official date announcement.
January: Coyote Hunt
We’ll start off 2026 with our Annual Coyote Hunt. Teams of one to four can register for a weekend of hunting and camaraderie. The event includes a Sunday meal and check-in. This is a great way to shake off the winter blues and support a good cause. Details on dates and registration will be shared soon.
March: Annual Banquet
The Annual Banquet is set for Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Redwood Area Community Center ice arena. It’s a night packed with food, fun, and fundraising. Sponsorship options are available for every level, and advance ticket offers will return this year. This is our largest gathering of the year and a great way to support local habitat and youth programs.
