The dust has finally settled and the feathers have stopped flying after another incredible Redwood County Pheasants Forever Annual Banquet! On Saturday, March 21, the Redwood Area Community Center Ice Arena was transformed into a hub for conservation, community, and a shared passion for the great outdoors.
We want to extend a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined us. Whether you’ve been attending for decades or 2026 was your first year, your presence made the night a resounding success.
A Night to Remember
The doors opened at 4:00 PM to a packed house. Guests enjoyed the early bird raffles and a cold beverage (thanks to our legendary free keg!) while browsing the impressive lineup of live and silent auction items.
From high-end firearms provided by our friends at River Valley Arms & Ammo to custom outdoor gear and unique African Safari trips, there was something for every conservationist in the room.
By 6:30 PM, the smell of a hot meal filled the arena. Over dinner, we had the chance to reflect on why we gathered: the preservation of Redwood County’s habitat and the future of our hunting heritage.
Investing in the Future
While the raffles and games are a blast, the true "win" of the night is what the funds support. Because of your generosity during the live auction and the banquet raffles, we are positioned to continue our vital work in 2026 and beyond. This includes:
- Local Habitat Projects: Continuing to expand and offering habitat support to local farmers and hunters.
- Youth Outreach: Funding our Youth and New Shooter Pheasant Hunts and the "Milkweed in the Classroom" programs.
- Community Conservation: Ensuring that the next generation has the same opportunities to enjoy the uplands that we have today.
